Checking STP eligibility
When a transaction enters your Claims Management System (CMS), the STP module kicks in, checking whether it fits whatever appetite thresholds you currently have set.
Claims handler approval
If so, it will be cued up for STP, and the relevant claims handler will immediately be notified. It is then the claims handler who decides whether subsequent movements for that claim are routed into STP.
Threshold breach ejection
Should any subsequent transaction have the effect of breaching your thresholds for STP, the system will route the claim back to the claims handler for manual review.
Total control at all times
Your team is always in full control. Nothing gets automated without human oversight, and you can pull any claim out of STP at any time — even if there’s no active transaction.
