DOCOsoft welcomes Ian Gibbard as the new Head of London Market
2 December 2024, London – DOCOsoft, a leading provider of claims technology solutions, has appointed Ian Gibbard in the role of Head of London Market.
Ian Gibbard brings more than three decades’ experience in technology-driven solutions and London Market (re)insurance, with a proven track record in sales, strategy and innovation. He has held senior roles at leading firms including Guidewire, Temenos, Xuber, INSTANDA and Cutover, where he drove adoption of SaaS platforms, cloud-based systems and digital transformation solutions.
Ian’s expertise spans insurance, technology, consultative selling, stakeholder management, underwriting platforms, and exposure management. He has a strong track record helping insurers streamline their operations and drive growth in complex and rapidly evolving markets. In his new role, he will be leading DOCOsoft’s highly respected business development and marketing teams in London.
