DOCOsoft Volume Claims Service article produced in Insider Quarterly
DOCOsoft have recently introduced changes to its Claims Management Solution, DOCO Claims, to support the market Volume Claims Service (VCS) due for introduction in Q1 2014. The VCS will allow managing agents to outsource the handling of low complexity, low value claims. DOCOsoft worked with Lloyd’s and Xchanging to test changes to the incoming Claims Workflow Trigger (CWT) file.
Two of DOCOsoft’s customers, Ark and Talbot, are amongst the market early adopters for the scheme and DOCOsoft have adapted their claims system to accommodate VCS allowing the manual and automatic allocation of claims and full MI reporting. DOCOsoft produced an article for the Winter 2013 issue of Insider Quarterly magazine published on 5th December.
