DOCOsoft strengthens Senior Leadership team with new Head of Client Delivery, Jo Shaw
DOCOsoft, the global claims management platform provider and leading technology partner to Lloyd’s and London Market carriers, has appointed Jo Shaw as Head of Client Delivery, as the company continues to scale and strengthen its leadership team.
Jo joined DOCOsoft in January 2025 as Programme Delivery Manager, bringing extensive experience in leading complex business and IT transformation programmes across the insurance sector including at Covéa, AXA and Zurich. Since joining, she has played a pivotal role in strengthening client delivery, driving operational excellence, and ensuring that DOCOsoft’s implementation programmes continue to meet the high standards expected by London Market carriers.
In her new role as Head of Client Delivery, Jo assumes overall responsibility for client delivery strategy, team leadership and delivery excellence across DOCOsoft’s growing client base. Her remit includes ensuring clear ownership, accountability and consistency in how DOCOsoft delivers value to insurers operating in an increasingly digital and data-driven market.
DOCOsoft CEO Aidan O’Neill comments: “As DOCOsoft continues to grow, we’re making strategic changes to strengthen our leadership team and ensure we’re set up to scale. Jo’s new role recognises the leadership she has already been providing across client delivery, her deep understanding of our clients and products, and the impact she continues to have on how we deliver value. Everyone who’s had the pleasure of working with Jo – clients and colleagues alike – only has good things to say about her, so I’m delighted to confirm her appointment now as Head of Client Delivery.”
Prior to joining DOCOsoft, Jo held senior change and delivery roles at Covéa Insurance, where she served as Director of Change and Delivery, as well as leadership positions at Zurich Insurance and AXA. Across these roles, she led enterprise-wide transformation initiatives spanning regulatory change, systems modernisation, data strategy and digital transformation, working closely with executive teams to embed sustainable change.
Her background in delivering large-scale insurance transformation programmes, combined with her practical understanding of operational change, positions her ideally to lead DOCOsoft’s client delivery function as demand for modern, configurable claims technology continues to grow.
The new position reflects DOCOsoft’s ongoing commitment to investing in leadership capability as the business expands, while ensuring clear accountability across its core functions. As more carriers modernise their claims infrastructure in response to market reform, regulatory pressure and digitalisation, delivery excellence remains crucial to realising full value from technology transformation.
Jo Shaw, newly appointed Head of Client Delivery at DOCOsoft, added: “I’m delighted to be taking on this role at such an important stage in DOCOsoft’s growth. Our clients are navigating a time of significant change, and our focus is on delivering programmes that are structured, collaborative and outcome-driven. I look forward to continuing to work closely with our clients and our teams internally to ensure we deliver consistently high standards as we continue to scale.”
