DOCOsoft Leaders Irish Centre for Diversity Session
Inclusive leadership is an essential capability to drive diverse thinking in a workforce with increasingly diverse talent, markets and customers.
As part of diversity and inclusion training at DOCOsoft, we organised an interactive session with the Irish Centre for Diversity for our leaders in DOCOsoft.
There were multiple key takeaways from this training – one being, without humility or empathy, leaders will struggle to gain profound understanding into the nature of their blind spots and, therefore, to grow. A leader who is aware of personal biases, shows visible commitment and cultural intelligence, will raise performance and drive innovation.
DOCOsoft hope to continue prioritising the development of our team through training sessions in various areas.
