DOCOsoft Expands London and Dublin Teams

DOCOsoft is delighted to announce that we have expanded our London and Dublin teams to support its continued growth, which has seen DOCOsoft achieve  a number of major milestones in 2020, culminating with the news that it is now processing over 1 million market messages a month.

To reflect this growth, we have been expanding our Customer Operations team, bringing in fresh faces across different areas of the business, including development, finance, marketing, testing, analysis and project management.

This growth has been driven by new Tier 1 Managing Agent clients wins at the start of the New Year as well as a decision by one of the world’s largest stand-alone run-off consolidator to go live with a new claims management system (CMS). This is fuelling rapid growth at DOCOsoft.

The DOCOsoft client base now stands at 24 major London market insurance brands responsible for processing billions of pounds of premiums and paying out significant sums on often complex claims. This has required significant investment in people, processes and training to deliver superior levels of customer service, which is essential in today’s global insurance market.
