Dale Underwriting chooses DOCOsoft claims management system
Dale Underwriting, a leading London-based underwriting business focused on worldwide P&C insurance and reinsurance business, has selected DOCOsoft to provide a Write-Back claims management system (CMS) to handle its entire claims operation.
Dale’s decision to choose DOCOsoft’s CMS reflects its rich functionality, flexibility, and ability to integrate with users’ other systems, as well as DOCOsoft’s active involvement in the Future at Lloyd’s programme.
Dale’s transition to the DOCOsoft claims management system – including integrations with the firm’s document management, policy, and other internal and external systems – is expected to be complete within three months.
The business will be using a cloud-based implementation of the DOCOsoft CMS, with secure hosting managed by DOCOsoft.
DOCOsoft is also currently engaged in discussions with a number of other leading market players who are considering using its market-leading CMS.
Dale property claims manager Rich Woodhams also acts as project manager for the migration.
