DOCOsoft marks major milestone as Convex becomes the first (re)insurance carrier to go live on new AI-powered SaaS claims platform DOCOsoft Vew
Dublin, Ireland and London, UK
DOCOsoft, a leading claims technology provider to global (re)insurers, today announced that international specialty insurer and reinsurer Convex successfully went live on DOCOsoft Vew in June 2026, making it the first carrier to deploy DOCOsoft’s next-generation AI-powered SaaS claims management platform into production.
The successful go-live follows a highly collaborative 18-month implementation process that saw extensive joint planning, configuration, testing and training. Now fully operational in a live production environment, DOCOsoft Vew has become a cornerstone of Convex’s claims ecosystem, providing the platform through which its claims teams manage and oversee claims activity across the business.
Engineered to meet the needs of global specialty insurers and reinsurers, DOCOsoft Vew is a secure, cloud-native claims platform built on modern MACH architecture, with a microservices-based design and open APIs providing the flexibility and scalability to integrate with an evolving technology ecosystem.
The platform brings bureau and non-bureau claims operations together within a single highly configurable environment, combining modern user experience, workflow automation and AI-powered capabilities to help carriers improve operational efficiency, increase visibility and deliver exceptional claims service.
Alex Reynolds, Chief Claims Officer at Convex, said: ‘The go-live represents an important milestone for Convex’s claims service and is the result of a highly collaborative effort between our teams and DOCOsoft. We have been impressed throughout by the professionalism, expertise and commitment of the DOCOsoft team, who have worked closely alongside us to ensure a smooth transition to the new platform.’
Aidan O’Neill, Founder and CEO of DOCOsoft, said: ‘We are incredibly proud of the technology, but equally of the partnership that has developed between our teams. Convex has brought deep expertise, thoughtful challenge and a genuine commitment to collaboration throughout the project. Our organisations share closely aligned values, and together we have created the foundations for a long-term partnership focused on continuous improvement, innovation and operational excellence. We look forward to continuing to develop Vew alongside one of the market’s most forward-thinking specialty insurers.’
The Convex implementation represents the first production deployment of DOCOsoft Vew and an important step in the platform’s ongoing development. DOCOsoft Vew’s flexibility and its structured approach to claims data provide a strong foundation for the ongoing application of AI, while its API-first architecture facilitates future integration with new technologies and services as business needs and priorities evolve.
DOCOsoft is headquartered at NexusUCD in Dublin, with offices in London, and is supported by Enterprise Ireland. Aidan O’Neill added, ‘DOCOsoft extends its thanks to Enterprise Ireland and NovaUCD which manages NexusUCD, the Industry Partnership Centre at University College Dublin, for their continued support in helping the company drive innovation, growth and collaboration within Ireland’s technology ecosystem.’
