Atrium Implements DOCOsoft’s Advanced Claims Management System in Under Six Months
27 February 2025, London – Atrium, the specialist Lloyd’s insurer, has implemented DOCOsoft’s advanced P&C (re)insurance claims management system (CMS) to improve its claims management processes and meet the demands of a rapidly evolving market.
DOCOsoft, a leading provider of claims technology solutions, was chosen as a partner by Atrium to help modernise its claims operations and for its ability to evolve with the future needs of the digital insurance market, particularly in the post-Blueprint Two era. The system is now fully operational, enabling Atrium to leverage DOCOsoft’s cutting-edge technology to drive greater efficiency, speed, and transparency in claims handling.
DOCOsoft and Atrium worked together to complete the entire project, from scoping to delivery, in under six months. The implementation included configuring the new CMS to meet Atrium’s specific needs for peak claims performance, migrating users from the previous system, conducting thorough user acceptance testing, and integrating the solution with Atrium’s PAS and other internal and external systems.
