Learning and Development the DOCOsoft way

21st June, Summer Solstice, at University College Dublin. An exciting day for DOCO!

The first day of the DOCOsoft Personal Development Programme where 9 of our future leaders began their journey into enhancing their professional and personal development. This 8-day programme has been designed specifically for our people and explores topics such as Emotional Intelligence, Leadership, Organisational Strategy and Project Management principles. The group are also sourcing 360-degree feedback from their peers and managers.

By the end of the programme, they will have developed their self-awareness, strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities. Participants are from every area of our business, from Software Development and Testing as well as our BA and Business Operations teams.

This programme is significant to DOCOsoft. It is the first of its kind in the organisation, and demonstrates our investment in, and commitment to, our people. We are proud of the group’s commitment to this training and we look forward to sharing the learnings from the Class of 2020!
