Our Leadership Team

Aidan O’Neill, CEO

As a young graduate in Computer Applications, Aidan spent time working in Japan. That experience inspired a passion for engineering excellence and customer service which has been instrumental in making DOCOsoft the successful business it is today.

Anne Mulcahy, CFO

Anne joined DOCOsoft in 2009 and is responsible for financial strategy and direction and guiding finance functions to pursue the company’s growth strategy. Anne has held positions within banking and capital markets.

Anthony Freeman, Head of Development

Anthony studied Computer Science at Dundalk IT. He has years of experience in enterprise software solutions and plays an active part in London Market Implementation Groups.

Christine Kennedy, Head of People and Culture

Christine is a highly qualified organisational development professional with experience in key leadership roles with increasing accountability.

Garbhan Murphy, CTO

Garbhan has played a key role in evolving DOCOsoft’s technology to respond to the changes in the industry and has worked closely on the successful development and implementation of multiple Claim Management Solutions for global insurance companies.

Ian Gibbard, Head of London Market

Ian Gibbard brings extensive expertise in the insurance and technology sectors. He leads our London Market operations, driving innovation and strengthening client partnerships.

After graduating from Technological University Dublin, Paul moved to London where he now works as a DevOps Lead. Part of the management team in London, Paul focuses on empowering his team members, fostering their growth, and guiding the development of DOCOsoft’s effective software solutions.

Nicole joined DOCOsoft in 2021 as an intern while pursuing her degree in Business and Management. She is now a Marketing Executive in our Dublin office, where she plays a vital role in our marketing and events team, and actively supports our development and strategic growth.

Carlos is Engineering Manager at DOCOsoft, bringing extensive experience in software development and leadership. Originally from Brazil, he moved to Ireland in 2019 after roles at Guidewire and other tech companies. Carlos focuses on mentoring teams and advancing the core CMS product, driving DOCOsoft’s growth and success.
