DOCOsoft Hosts User Community Group Session
The DOCOsoft User Community Group Session took place on Thursday 24th November at the Chubb offices in the city of London, where DOCOsoft’s senior London market customers were presented with a roadmap of future software developments, as well as a panel discussion surrounding Unifying the Market, with speakers Janine Powell (LMA), Zoe Woods (Lloyd’s), Richard Boyd (Future at Lloyd’s) and Marek Baldy (Future at Lloyd’s).
Following the User Group session, we enjoyed some festive celebrations with our clients and the London team.
During the Christmas celebrations, DOCOsoft’s CEO Aidan O’Neill and Head of London Operations Graham Sheppard hosted the DOSCARs ceremony, an achievement award consisting of four categories, to recognise and celebrate our customers.
The four categories are as follows:
- Claims Handler Award: A claims handler who has made a significant difference utilising the DOCOsoft Claims Management System.
- Non-Claims Handler Award: A non-claims handler who has made a difference working with DOCOsoft.
- Company Award: A company which has made a significant difference utilising the DOCOsoft Claims Management System.
- Lifetime Achievement Award: A person who has contributed to DOCOsoft over many years.
